Another reason why Cesc should not join Barcelona or Real Madrid
It turns out that Barcelona is the worst city in Europe for "pickpocketing" crime. Madrid came 4th in the top 10 list. The cities were named and shamed by Tripadvisor who compiled this list.
Some would argue that pickpocketing is not as big a crime as say house robbery. Which occurs a bit too frequently for my liking in the North Western parts of England.
