Celia Riley, from Thorpe Bay, is a rare breed. Passionate about her job, she works twice the amount of hours she's contracted for. For 50+ hours a week, her pay is relatively paltry. Her commitment to what she does is unfaltering despite the challenging nature of the work involved. Yet, Celia is slowly but surely raising the profile of a charity that's been quietly helping younger people and their families living with dementia.
