First Star: Big win for Steve Cherundolo and Hannover, who got the start in the 5-2 win over Freiburg. Sofian Chahed (7th) and Arnold Buggink (10th) had Hannover up two quickly. Freiburg came back in the 35th through Ivica Banovic, but Hannover took a 3-1 lead in first-half stoppage time. Julian Schuster brought Freiburg within one late, scoring in the 82nd.
