The Wizards are still working with the state of Kansas to get the approval of the state government to get the STAR Bond extension approved. Robb Heineman has been spending plenty of time lately in Topeka talking up the project to the state government. The team is now looking for fans to contact the state of Kansas and their legislators to talk up the development.
