Don’t scare the sponsors!

In the wake of Liverpool's new £80m shirt sponsorship deal with Standard Chartered (nice touch ending both words with that beautiful -rd sound, btw), the club's managing director Christian Purslow (pictured above, far right) met with a delegation from the Sons of Shankly fan group, which has led the charge to drive Hicks and Gillett to sell the club.
