Mark Foster to receive honorary degree
One of the most successful British swimmers of all time, Mark Foster, will receive a honorary
degree from the South East Essex College on Wednesday (23rd).
Mark - who was born and brought up in Southend - will join more than 300 students who will receive
their certificates for passing various degrees in the summer.
