Arsene Wenger on Marouane Chamakh, “We might reconsider the position”
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger revealed the Gunners were close to sign Marouane Chamakh last summer and he may make a new offer in January, if required.
The Frenchman said:
He is a player we were close to signing. But at the moment we have lost a little bit of touch with him because there is no transfer period now.
