Europa League: Easy For Everton
Everton rolled over AEK Athens on Thursday, winning 4-0 with goals from Joseph Yobo (10th), Sylvain Distin (17th), Steven Pienaar (37th), and Jo (82nd). Tim Howard needed one save for the shutout, but the end of the game didn't go as smoothly. With Athens playing a man down from the 55th when Carlos Araujo was sent off, Everton was also shown red in stoppage time.
