Cunningham Named MLS Player of the Week

FCD striker Jeff Cunningham has been named MLS Player of the Week for his two goal and two assist performance against The LA Galaxy. That's the third POTW award for Cunningham in the last 11 weeks. With 12 goals this season, and 8 games remaining, Cunningham is within striking distance of the franchise single season mark of 18 held by Jason Kreis.
