MOTO GP: SAN MARINO 2009 - ROSSI KING AT HOME, SPANIARDS HAPPY

Valentino Rossi won in the GP catagory at San Marino in front of000s of "home" fans - his town is 15 km away from the racing track- to open a 30 point lead over Spainard JORGE LORENZO on the World Championships table. The latter finished 2º with anotherSpanish rider DANI PEDROSA coming in 3ºrd & also gaining the 3ºplace in the Championship table.
