Chelsea Transfer Ban

At the center of all the fuss is Gael Kakuta.

Alright so I know this is a day late and that most of you probably have heard about this already but Chelsea have just been ripped a new one by FIFA.

I am, of course, talking about FIFA's ruling of banning Chelsea from making any transfers until 2011.
