Southend United 3-0 Leyton Orient
A second half hat-trick from League One's joint-leading goalscorer, Lee Barnard, gave Southend
their first league win this season against a poor Leyton Orient side.
In a largely unforgettable first half, both teams looked nervous on the ball and the flow of the
game was stilted. But the Blues came to life after the break, and Barnard got his first from the
penalty spot on 59 minutes.
