With an international week upon us, there will be no action, televised or otherwise, in most of the world's top domestic leagues. Despite the international break, however, and despite the fact that Brazil, Mexico and the United States are participating in World Cup qualifiers, those three nations' domestic leagues all will see reduced-strength clubs playing in local action.
