Did Man United’s Rooney Cheat to Win Penalty Against Arsenal? You Decide (Video)

OK so it's not as clear cut a case as Eduardo against Celtic but It does appear that Rooney was falling to the floor long before Almunia touched him. However even if the England man hadn't started to collapse he would have been clattered by the Arsenal keeper. What do you think?
