Distin Signing Official; Everton gets Europa League Draw

French defender Sylvain Distin has completed his move from Portsmouth to Everton. The 31-year old has agreed to a 3-year deal with the Toffees and will take the place of the departed Joleon Lescott. Once Phil Jagielka returns, the signing will give the club some much needed depth on the back line.
