Nike has a buyer for the USL


Since it was announced last week that the United Soccer Leagues had been put on the block by their parent company, sportswear behemoth Nike, I was curious in the outcome, but wanted to withhold speculation until the sale was completed. Nike came to own the USL by virtue of their takeover of Umbro in early 2008.
