OUTGOING: Chivas USA Waive Lawson Vaughn and Add Victorine to Disabled List

From the Chivas USA Front Office, Chivas USA defender Yamith Cuesta, acquired on loan on Aug. 14 from Colombian club Expreso Rojo, has received his P-1 work visa and International Transfer Certificate, and is now eligible for MLS action. The defender has joined the club in Los Angeles and will train with the team on Friday morning ahead of Saturday's Honda Super Clásico.
