Premier League Predictions: Manchester United and Chelsea to win, Tottenham to lose

The first week of the 09-10 Premier League season has thrown up a few surprises (and pleasant ones at that).

The newcomers to the league have been in typically plucky form, Arsenal and Tottenham have managed excellent starts that, for the moment at least, give hope that their much-hyped potential will be realised this year.
