Former Wizards Update

Another week of former Wizards updates. We have the return of a former Wizard, as it appears that Edson Elcock has returned to the game, joining Yomby William again at Richmond. We also have the appearance of another former Wizard who is not playing any more. Dionysius Sebwe, who the Wizards drafted in 1996, is now a Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Defense in Liberia.
