So the CONCACAF Champions League is at the group stage, and here's how it shakes out: Mexico: 4 (2 from preliminary round) USA: 3 (1) Trinidad & Tobago: 2 (2) Honduras: 2 (1) El Salvador: 1 (0) Panama: 1 (1) Guatemala: 1 (0) Costa Rica: 1 (0) Puerto Rico: 1 (1) The only countries that were able to place all their representatives from the preliminary round into the group phase were Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, and Puerto Rico.
