Last week we learned details of another soccer specific stadium plan headed by a group not associated with Jeff Cooper, a St Louis attorney who has MLS dreams.


Today we hear from Cooper regarding that groups proposal.

The developer of a $572 million Major League Soccer stadium and mixed-use center in Collinsville said a similar idea brought before Richmond Heights, Mo.
