WPS Update: Freedom's Season Ends
The Washington Freedom had home field advantage in the opening round of Women's Professional Soccer, but it was Saint Louis Athletica overturning last week's loss on the same field to advance to the semifinals with a 2-1 win. Saint Louis dominated opportunities, putting 10 of 24 shots on frame to Washington's three from 12.
