INCOMING: Forward Adam Smarte to DC United?

This man is all smiles thinking about coming back to MLS.

According to Steve Goff's SoccerInsider Twitter, former San Jose Earthquakes and Ventura County Fusion 5'11" speedy Liberian forward is on trial with DC United.

Smarte only played 3 games in 2008 with the Quakes and was released last year ending up with the Ventura County Fusion.
