Stripping the A League
There was much nashing of teeth recently in Australia after Gold Coast United midfielder Adam
Griffiths ditched the A League new boys, and a three year contract, after just one game to move to
Al Shabab in Saudi Arabia.
The 30 year old is swapping the delights of life on Surfer's Paradise for a different type of sand
in Saudi where the season begins on 19 August.
