Wenger ahead of Senderos’ departure, “We still have Silvestre, Gallas, Djourou, Vermaelen and Song”
Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger revealed he may sign a new central defender if Philippe Senderos joins Everton, although he also added highlighted the fact he already has five centre backs in the squad.
Speaking at the Great Ormond Street Hospital, the Frenchman said:
At the moment there's an interest from Everton [in Senderos] but he is still our player.
