Benfica close in on Cesar Peixoto

Benfica and Braga are close to agreeing on a switch for left back Cesar Peixoto. Peixoto was held out of Braga's UEFA Europa League matchup last week, as the teams continued to negotiate as to not have Peixoto ineligible for play with Benfica when the transfer is completed.Benfica and Braga are said to be ready to announce the deal over the next few days.
