Cesc Fabregas, “When you have a talent that comes through the youth system, I think it is one of the proudest things for a club”
Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas believes a club should always concentrate on the youth system before thinking about signing big names which could ruin the future of the young ones.
During an Arsenal members' Q&A session, the Spaniard said:
For every club you can have big names coming in, but when you have a talent that comes through the youth system, I think it is one of the proudest things for a club.
