EXPANSION: Montreal deal could be settled by end of August

According to the latest information from French press in Montreal, MLS Commissioner and Impact owner Joey Saputo could have a permanent deal by end of August, as all parties (MLS, the Quebec government and the Montreal Impact) are expected to have a sit down behind closed doors. On top of the agenda is the $25-million dollars to upgrade Saputo Stadium.
