Silly Summer Report IV

With July upon us it's finally time to get back into action again following the month-long Allsvenskan break. July 1st marks the official end of the silly summer. The transfer window opens in Sweden as well as the rest of Europe and Allsvenskan starts back up just a few days later. Transfer speculations are sure to continue with even more fervor as vacations end and European clubs look over their assets and needs.
