As Sonia Sotomayor's confirmation approaches crunch time, some GOPers are lining up in opposition. In an op ed in USA Today Jeff Sessions has written "I don't believe that Judge Sotomayor has the deep-rooted convictions necessary to resist the siren call of judicial activism." Say what? My only comment would be to echo Senator Sessions in explaining why I wouldn't vote for him or others of his ilk .
