Toure deal nearly done, Hangeland expected to be the replacement + Huntelaar deal heats up

Over the past week various newspapers have reported that Toure was closing in on a move to Man City. Until this morning I haven't reported it because I believed it to be mostly papers eyeing up stories but this morning 4 or 5 papers some across the web have reported the story all saying a £15 million fee has been arranged with personal terms of around £120,000 a week for Kolo.
