According to John Cross at the Daily Mirror, Manchester City are now turning their efforts towards Arsenal defender Kolo Toure after losing out on Chelsea defender John Terry.
According to Simon Jones at the Daily Mirror, Manchester City has agreed to pay £15million for Kolo Toure.
