Rapids sign striker Facundo Diz

The Colorado Rapids have signed Argentinian forward Facundo Diz, the team announced today.

Diz will be available to play Saturday against the New York Red Bulls at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Game time is 7:30 p.m.

Rapids coach Gary Smith said Diz is a good target up front, attacks the ball well inside the penalty area, brings a wealth of experience and adds depth to the forward line.
