INCOMING: Ely Allen to DC United from Seattle Wolves FC?

Credible rumors circulating in certain quarters indicate to us that the former LA Galaxy winger and a guy who trained with Seattle Sounders in pre-season has signed a contract with the capital club. Allen, a former Pac-10 Player of the Year is a Seattle native so it was thought he'd secure a place on the Sounders.
