Alex Ferguson on Arsene Wenger, “There seems to be evidence that he can’t use the money”
Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson believes rival Arsene Wenger does not possess the same financial power of other clubs and the departure of Emmanuel Adebayor will not help the situation.
He told the Telegraph:
Arsenal have got the biggest test to be where they want to be.
