Currently FC Dallas holds the top spot in the allocation order. Buzz Carrick from 3rd Degree wants it done, can you blame him? I wonder if Dallas would really pass on him if he came back to the league. I also wonder if he'd be enough to get Dallas back into the playoff hunt this season (doubtful).
