The United States returned to Gold Cup Group B action on Wednesday, beating Honduras 2-0 in front of over 26,000 at Washington, DC's RFK Stadium. Santino Quaranta scored the first goal in the 75th minute and Brian Ching followed four minutes later. The US closes out the group stage against early game winners Haiti on Saturday.
