Owen-ly OK, Nothing More
Man United fans, get used to this sight
So Mr Owen will find himself in Manchester for the next season. That paragon of reliable reporting The Sun is saying it's a £50k a week deal, with big appearance/goal incentives. Taking what they say with a pinch of salt (it's probably closer to £25k a week), it's not a terrible punt Manchester United can certainly afford it but he's just not good enough to actually improve the team.
