Colombian Player Kills a Fan Who Blamed Him for Losing Title

Yesterday, a Colombian midfielder allegedly killed a young man who, apparently along with a group of other people, blamed him for losing the title in the Apertura tournament against Once Caldas.

According to reports, Javier Florez of the top-flight club Atletico Junior de Barranquilla was driving near his home in Barranquilla, the capital of Atlantico province, when some youths spotted him and started mocking him over his team's defeat.
