NEWBURGH, NY – The Hudson Valley Quickstrike Lady Blues defeated the Long Island Rough Riders behind a Whitney Palmer hat trick on Sunday to stay undefeated and atop the W-League Northeast Division.

Long Island opened the scoring in the 5th minute when Erin Pardini put the visitors ahead.
