Wizards Fall to Santos Laguna

Kansas City's first-ever SuperLiga appearance is now over after a 3-1 loss to Santos Laguna Sunday at sold-out CommunityAmerica Ballpark. Claudio Lopez bent a beautiful free kick over the wall and into the right side of the goal for his 1st SuperLiga tally and his 5th of the season. We now travel to Minnesota tomorrow for Tuesday's Open Cup match against the Minnesota Thunder.
