Middlesbrough To Listen To Offer From Tottenham For Downing

According to the Tottenham Journal, Middlesbrough are willing to listen to offers from Tottenham for midfielder Stewart Downing. Middlesbrough chief executive Keith Lamb said,

"It wouldn't be the easiest negotiations from their point of view, but I would certainly take their call.
