EXPANSION: Portland City Council Could Give Final Approval For PGE Park MLS Renovations Wednesday

The news is another in a series of quick developments in the fast-moving saga to renovate PGE Park for the Portland Timbers' 2011 Major League Soccer debut and move the Beavers to a new ballpark. The city and Paulson, who owns both teams, have worked for months on a public-private deal to do both projects.
