Chelsea Starting Talks Over £15m Belgium Star
Chelsea have opened talks with AZ Alkmaar over £15million-rated striker Moussa Dembele. And the Dutch club are ready to do a deal for the 21-year-old Belgian as the Blues would loan him back to AZ for a year. Dembele had an outstanding season as unfancied Alkmaar outshone big three PSV, Ajax and Feyenoord to win the Eredivisie [.
