Arsenal place bid on French CB but are to cheap currently
Mamadou Sakho, currently a young PSG Centre Back has been a target of Arsenal for a while now and according to his agent Arsenal are the "most interested" club but currently are "to cheap" inclining that we have made a bid but have not offered enough.
This is what he had to say:
