Blackburn Plan On Reducing Wages

According to Chris Stanton at Setanta Sports, Blackburn plan on reducing their wages this summer. Chairman John Williams told BBC Radio Lancashire,

"A number of players are leaving and are not essential to replace, so that will go a long way to doing it .
