Tony Mowbray - new Celtic Manager
According to the London Times, Tony Mowbray will be installed as the new manager of Glasgow Celtic. He leaves behind a relegated West Bromwich Albion, but this is a good move for both Celtic and Mowbray. Tony did a great job getting WBA promoted in the first place. He also didn't receive a lot of financial support to buy new players once the team were promoted.
