AC Milan midfielder Kaka has sent Real Madrid a wishlist that they will need to meet in order to sign him from Milan.
Kaka's wishlist, which doesn't even include the record transfer Madrid needs to give Milan, insists of a $14.1 million sign-on fee for himself, a $14.
