FIFA confirm Porto Alegre as World Cup host city
FIFA yesterday confirmed the twelve cities and venues which will host the 2014 World
Cup.
Porto Alegre was confirmed in the list along with Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Cuiabá, Curitiba,
Fortaleza, Manaus, Natal, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and São Paulo.
The cities of Belém, Campo Grande, Florianópolis, Goiânia and Rio Branco all failed to make the
selection.
