DC United v Real Madrid August 9th in Washington
The summer soccer season got even more appealing with the news that Real Madrid will be playing D.C. United on August 9th at FedEx Field in suburban Maryland.
The game will be played at the Washington Redskins' stadium, FedEx Field, rather than United's usual home at RFK Stadium. To make room for the match, United is moving their previously scheduled MLS game against the Kansas City Wizards to Sept.
